Ticket triage for MSP service desks
Auto-triage your L1 tickets. Priced per desk, not per tech.
Flatdesk reads each new ticket in your PSA, spots the recurring level-1 types, and sets category, priority, and board before a technician opens it.

The problem
You bought a tool to relieve your techs. It charges you per tech.
Half your queue is the same ten tickets: password resets, a printer offline, VPN down, a mailbox full. They still land raw, with no category, no priority, no board, waiting for a person to sort them.
Then the AI triage add-on quotes you by the technician and hides the number behind a demo. Every tech you hire to keep up makes the tool that was supposed to help cost more.

Feature 01
It knows the tickets you see every day
Flatdesk learns the recurring level-1 types from your own history, the resets, the offline printers, the VPN drops, then watches for them on every new ticket. You pick which ones it handles and flip the rest off.

Feature 02
Sorted, prioritized, on the right board
Seconds after a ticket lands, Flatdesk sets the category, priority, board, and tags the way your desk already does it. The ticket is ready to work instead of ready to sort, and you can override any field it picks.
Feature 03
The first reply, already written
For the tickets it recognizes, Flatdesk drafts the first response in your desk's voice and attaches it to the ticket. Your tech reads it, sends it or edits it. Nothing goes to the customer until a person clicks send.
"I can't log into Outlook, it keeps rejecting my password. Can you reset it? I have a full clinic this afternoon."
Hi, thanks for flagging this. I've reset your Microsoft 365 password and sent a temporary one to your manager. It will prompt you to set a new password at first login. You should be back into Outlook within a few minutes, reply here if it still blocks you.
Feature 04
Stops at L1, on purpose
Flatdesk clears the repetitive level-1 work so your techs get their time back. Anything past L1, the odd break-fix, the angry escalation, the project work, is left untouched and routed to a person. It does the boring part, not the judgment part.
How it works
Live on a desk you already run
Connect your PSA
Read-only to start. Flatdesk maps your boards, statuses, and ticket types from ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, or Syncro.
Pick the L1 types
Choose which recurring types it triages. Start with three, add more as you trust it. Flip any type off in one click.
Tickets arrive sorted
New tickets show up with category, priority, and board set and a first reply drafted, before a tech opens them.
Your tech decides
One click to send the reply or take the ticket. Flatdesk never closes a ticket for you, the final call stays with a person.

Will it touch tickets I don't want it to?+
